how true is this? i have over complicated my life, so, so much. especially since i've been home. i hate it.

i feel bad for all of the people who have also had complications in their life due to my "lack of being true to my feelings". people say don't regret, but that is something i wish i could take back, the way i've made people feel [when it's been bad] as a result of my choices. i need to be better.
