well, ladies & gents, days don't get much better than today-and that is fact. it has been an INCREDIBLE DAY!!! I don't think I could have asked for a better one. my Heavenly Father loves me, I'm sure of that.

What happened on this day? well, my day started bright & early at 5:15 in the morn, when I woke up to my first of 3 alarms. surprisingly I felt well rested! So I ate some cereal, then continued on my "getting ready in the morning routine" well, around 6:30am I got a light knock on the door & then was greeted by a fantastic hug. This was the best way to start the day, can I just tell you? & this included many more happy moments to come. ACTUALLY-the whole day was a happy moment. seriously, can't wipe the smile off my face.

isn't it crazy the people who pop into our lives right when need them? people who you can relate to in crazy ways, people who you can talk to about everything, people who you can be weird with & walk around with a hairnet on your head & they still think you are just as cool. people who you have sore cheeks with from laughing and smiling so much. people who you can have inside jokes with. people who literally compliment your happiness so much & help you be the you that you like best. Seriously, God loves me a lot, & especially right now I can feel it pretty prominently. I always know he loves me, & to be honest, even when times are hard I still can feel it. But I'd be lying if I didn't say I was feeling especially grateful right now.

anywho, the day has come to a close. my legs are tired from walking around campus, walking up & down stairs (oh btw, old main hill, 115 stairs), pulling weeds, and some intense ice blocking. Seriously, my legs have scratches & bruises ALL over them!! the best part of the day, however, ended around 6pm, & it was ended in the best way--with a hug. hugs er good. life is sunshine.

a good thought for the day from a mormon message that was watched: "i believe we become what we think about the most", i like that. struck a chord with me.
